The Outdoor Group today announces that Josh Sidebottom has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Product Development. In his new role, Sidebottom will be taking on the brand management responsibilities for Elite, Scott, Custom Bow Equipment, and Winner’s Choice. 

The Outdoor Group, home to explosively growing brands like Elite, Scott, Custom Bow Equipment, and CAMX Crossbows has promoted Paul Guillot to the position of Director of Sales.

Team Elite has swept the Known Pro Podium at the ASA Tournament in London, KY this past weekend, where Nathan Brooks placed first, Chance Beaubouef was second, and newcomer TJ Strychalski took home third. Michael Braden also came in second in the Senior Division while Cara Kelly finished in second in the Women’s Pro Division.

West Henrietta, NY – It was a story of perseverance and determination for Elite Archery as they took the podium three times this past weekend at the ASA Leupold in Augusta, Georgia; Jacob Marlow was first place in the Men’s Known Pro Division, Cara Kelly was 3^rd place in the Women’s Pro Division, and Michael Braden was 3^rd place in the Men’s Senior Pro Division.

West Henrietta, NY – Darrin Christenberry, often referred to as "the guy most liked in archery," has recently transitioned roles. After serving in the role of Sales Representative for the company for the past four years, he has now accepted the position of Pro Staff Coordinator for Elite Archery.

Bears are one of the most exhilarating animals to hunt, and while safety should always be your priority when hunting, it is especially important while bear hunting. These massive animals can seriously harm or kill humans if safety warnings are disregarded. We sat down with Jason Peterson of Into the Wild TV to talk about what you should do if a bear become aggressive towards you and steps you can take to prevent yourself from falling victim to a bear attack.
