The Outdoor Group, home to explosively growing brands like Elite, Scott, Custom Bow Equipment, and CAMX Crossbows has promoted Paul Guillot to the position of Director of Sales.

Guillot spent eight years serving in the United States Marine Corps. As a non-commissioned officer, he attended comprehensive leadership training via the Marine’s NCO Academy. Guillot has spent the last four years serving at The Outdoor Group as the Territory Sales Rep for several states, including Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and others. Most recently, Guillot has served as a Sales Team Leader for The Outdoor Group.
