In his new role, Sidebottom will be taking on the brand management responsibilities for Elite, Scott, Custom Bow Equipment, and Winner’s Choice.  “Josh has been an incredible asset for The Outdoor Group,” said Greg Steil, CEO. “As we continue to develop the Company, having the right leaders in the right roles is critical in any business. Josh’s contributions to this team make him the right leader – and now we’re putting him in the right role.” In his new role, Sidebottom will continue to oversee the engineering and development for all brands under The Outdoor Group umbrella. His growing team oversees the engineering and development efforts for vertical bows, crossbows, broadheads, archery releases, bow sights, and game calls, to name a few. “These are brands and products with a high demand – and the demand is growing,” said Sidebottom. “I’m excited to have even more input into the direction of the products that we’re working to bring to the market. We have great products. We have a great team. We have great opportunities in front of us. I’ve never been more excited for a new challenge and to be a part of The Outdoor Group’s continued success.” ### RECENT NEWS [![](https://news.elitearchery.com/hubfs/VUNI%20Consumer%20Email.png)](https://news.elitearchery.com/elite-archery-and-vuni-gear-partner-to-offer-new-pattern-only-on-2021-elite-bows) #### [ELITE ARCHERY AND VUNI GEAR PARTNER TO OFFER...](https://news.elitearchery.com/elite-archery-and-vuni-gear-partner-to-offer-new-pattern-only-on-2021-elite-bows) Apr 5, 2021 1:39:56 PM [![](https://news.elitearchery.com/hubfs/Elite-Contingency-2019-Social.png)](https://news.elitearchery.com/2021-contingency-program) #### [2021 Contingency Program: Expanded With More...](https://news.elitearchery.com/2021-contingency-program) Feb 4, 2021 10:17:56 AM [![](https://news.elitearchery.com/hubfs/EN8A7444.jpg)](https://news.elitearchery.com/shootability-challenge-winners) #### [#ShootabilityChallenge Going Strong](https://news.elitearchery.com/shootability-challenge-winners) Sep 9, 2020 3:35:16 PM [![Shootability300x250](https://news.elitearchery.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Shootability300x250.gif?width=300&name=Shootability300x250.gif "Shootability300x250")](https://www.elitearchery.com/dealer-locator) ### POPULAR NEWS [![anchor point](https://news.elitearchery.com/hubfs/anchor%20point.png)](https://news.elitearchery.com/anchor-points-and-sight-picture) [Hunting](https://news.elitearchery.com/tag/hunting), [Pro Tips](https://news.elitearchery.com/tag/pro-tips) #### [Anchor Points and Sight...](https://news.elitearchery.com/anchor-points-and-sight-picture) Oct 5, 2018 3:38:57 PM [Insider](https://news.elitearchery.com/tag/insider) #### [How To Determine Draw...](https://news.elitearchery.com/draw-length) Jul 28, 2017 12:00:00 PM [![CB_usa](https://news.elitearchery.com/hubfs/CB_usa.jpg)](https://news.elitearchery.com/zeroing-in-on-draw-length) [Pro Tips](https://news.elitearchery.com/tag/pro-tips) #### [Zeroing in on Draw Length](https://news.elitearchery.com/zeroing-in-on-draw-length) Nov 30, 2018 9:45:00 AM [![Kure_300x250](https://news.elitearchery.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Kure_300x250.gif?width=300&name=Kure_300x250.gif "Kure_300x250")](https://www.elitearchery.com/elite-bows/rezult/overview) ### STAY UPDATED ### VIDEO NEWS [![KURE web banner3 (1)](https://news.elitearchery.com/hubfs/KURE%20web%20banner3%20(1).png)](https://news.elitearchery.com/elites-2020-unveiling) #### [🎥 Elite's 2020...](https://news.elitearchery.com/elites-2020-unveiling) [Insider](https://news.elitearchery.com/tag/insider), [News](https://news.elitearchery.com/tag/news), Elite Archery has delivered technology that [changes the...](https://www.elitearchery.com/elite-bows/rezult/overview) [![ReZult_300x250](https://news.elitearchery.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ReZult_300x250.gif?width=300&name=ReZult_300x250.gif "ReZult_300x250")](https://www.elitearchery.com/elite-bows/rezult/overview) ### ABOUT US What does it mean to be Elite?
